Private, confidential abortion care is available in New Zealand for people travelling from Pacific Island countries, including Fiji, Samoa and Tonga. The Women’s Health Hub provides compassionate early medical abortion care from our clinic in Howick, Southeast Auckland.
Abortion access is legally restricted in a number of Pacific Island countries. If you are considering travelling to New Zealand for care, you can contact us before making travel arrangements so we can explain appointment availability, likely timing, private fees and whether any investigations may be required once you are in New Zealand.
Private abortion care for visitors to New Zealand
You do not need a GP referral to contact us. If you are not eligible for publicly funded healthcare in New Zealand, our private early medical abortion pathway is NZ$500. External laboratory or ultrasound charges may apply when clinically required.
Your care is confidential. We provide clear clinical information, respect your right to make your own pregnancy decision and support you without pressure or judgement.
