Abortion Care for Non-Residents in Wellington & Wairarapa

Phone consultations are available for non-residents, including people in New Zealand on visitor visas, working holiday visas, student visas and other temporary visas, where clinically suitable. You do not need a GP referral to contact us.

Non-residents staying in Wellington, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Porirua or the Wairarapa can contact The Women’s Health Hub directly for information about private early medical abortion care. A GP referral is not required. Our only physical clinic is in Howick, Southeast Auckland. Phone consultations are available for clinically suitable non-residents, including visitor visa, working holiday visa, student visa and other temporary visa holders.

The Wairarapa also has seasonal vineyard and fruit work. If you are working temporarily in the region, tell us where you are based so we can discuss local testing, imaging and whether travel is likely to be needed.

Cost

Our private early medical abortion pathway is NZ$500. External laboratory and ultrasound fees are separate where applicable.
