Abortion Care for Non-Residents Across New Zealand
Phone consultations are available for non-residents, including people in New Zealand on visitor visas, working holiday visas, student visas and other temporary visas, where clinically suitable. You do not need a GP referral to contact us.
The Women’s Health Hub provides private early medical abortion care for people who are not eligible for publicly funded care in New Zealand. Our only physical clinic is at 139 Union Road, Howick, Southeast Auckland. Phone consultations are available for clinically suitable non-residents from elsewhere in New Zealand, with laboratory testing, ultrasound or in-person assessment arranged when required.
Our private early medical abortion pathway is NZ$500. External hCG testing may be completed through Awanui Labs or Pathlab and is paid directly to the laboratory; charges vary and may be approximately NZ$60 where applicable.
